In 2018, Linda Manor Extended Care Facility was named among the best in the state for Short-Term Rehabilitation by US News & World Report. Of more than 15,000 skilled nursing facilities nationwide evaluated, only 2,042 nursing homes earned the a high-performance rating for short-term rehabilitation.

In 2015, positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey placed Linda Manor Extended Care in the top 7% in the nation for employee satisfaction for the fifth straight year.

Based on positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey, Linda Manor Assisted Living ranked in the top 8% nationally for assisted living facilities in 2015, the first year eligible.

Linda Manor is proud to be a part of Berkshire Healthcare. Across all affiliates in Massachusetts, Berkshire Healthcare has been named a winner of both the NRC Health Customer Approved and Employee Approved awards. Winning organizations are chosen based on customer and employee satisfaction from insights on family, resident, and employee survey ratings. This award recognizes Berkshire Healthcare’s commitment and dedication to creating superior experiences for both residents and employees. Nationwide, only 20 organizations are selected for each category. Berkshire Healthcare is 1 of 10 organizations chosen for both awards.
National Quality Award
American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Awards – 2013 Gold – Excellence in Quality
Gold Quality Award – Linda Manor Extended Care is one of only five centers in the country to earn a 2013 Gold-Excellence in Quality National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. This recognizes Linda Manor Extended Care as a model of excellence in long-term care.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award is a progressive three-step process that encourages continuous learning and development of integrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. Each progressive step requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of quality integration and performance. The criteria for each step is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program’s core values and concepts.
The Gold – Excellence in Quality award recognizes best practices in leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, process management and results. Only 38 care centers have achieved this level of quality recognition since the program began in 1996.
