In 2016, positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey ranked Linda Manor Extended Care in the top 3% nationally for customer satisfaction. Linda Manor Extended Care has ranked in the top 10% nationally for seven straight years.

Top 12% of Assisted Living Facilities Nationwide in Customer Satisfaction

Positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey in 2016 placed Linda Manor Assisted Living in the top 12% in the nation for customer satisfaction.

Top 7% of Skilled Nursing Facilities Nationwide in Employee Satisfaction

In 2015, positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey placed Linda Manor Extended Care in the top 7% in the nation for employee satisfaction for the fifth straight year.

Top 8% of Assisted Living Facilities Nationwide in Employee Satisfaction

Based on positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey, Linda Manor Assisted Living ranked in the top 8% nationally for assisted living facilities in 2015, the first year eligible.

National Quality Award

American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Awards – 2013 Gold – Excellence in Quality

Gold Quality Award – Linda Manor Extended Care is one of only five centers in the country to earn a 2013 Gold-Excellence in Quality National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. This recognizes Linda Manor Extended Care as a model of excellence in long-term care.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award is a progressive three-step process that encourages continuous learning and development of integrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. Each progressive step requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of quality integration and performance. The criteria for each step is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program’s core values and concepts.

The Gold – Excellence in Quality award recognizes best practices in leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, process management and results. Only 28 care centers have achieved this level of quality recognition since the program began in 1996.
