Amenities We offer private and semiprivate accommodations. Each room has its own bath (some also have showers). All resident rooms are wired for telephone service and cable TV. Our building has central air-conditioning for your comfort. We have a beauty/barber shop for your convenience, and a library for your enjoyment.
Our lobby furnishings create comfortable conversation areas, and our grand piano sometimes tempts residents to play.
Outside, our meticulously maintained grounds and ornamental fountain offer you some lovely, private spaces where you can take a stroll or sit and talk while you enjoy some fresh air and nature. And if you’re looking for some good, old-fashioned fun, you can always take a turn on our wheelchair swing.
Activities Staying active and involved is an important part of everyone’s health and well-being. Our seven-day-a-week activities calendar will provide you with a variety of recreational activities to help keep you mentally, physically, and spiritually active—no matter what your level of mobility is.
Our schedule of activities includes gentle exercise classes, games, music, crafts, discussion groups, religious services, our annual picnic, and more—all designed to keep you vibrant, energetic, and on the go. And if you have a hobby you love, you can bring that along with you.
We also provide opportunities for you to stay involved in the community. If you’re able and interested, you can join your fellow residents on shopping expeditions and other local outings.
Certification/Accreditation Linda Manor is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid. We’re also accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), a nationally recognized, independent organization that sets standards of excellence for nursing homes and other healthcare facilities.
In addition, we are proud to have signed the profession-wide Quality First pledge, which further reflects our commitment to quality, ethical care and resident safety.
